Distribution Mechanism We distribute the completed press release through PR Web (www.prweb.com). After detailed research of the various online PR distribution services, we have determined that PR Web provides the most cost effective and comprehensive online distribution service for small and medium sized businesses. Please see the benefits of PR Web distribution by clicking here. We are not affiliated to PR Web in any way, we just like their service and that’s why we use them for our clients. The cost of press release distribution through PR Web is $80 and we provide this service to our clients at cost.
Our PR Writing and Distribution Process 1. Clients can start the process by ordering a press release by completing the Inquiry Form or by sending an email to info@powerquill.com.
2. We will send you two emails – (a) A response email detailing out our process. (b) An email with a link for payment for $179 that you can use to pay with any major credit card.
3. As soon as we receive your payment, we
will go over the background material (like web site, brochure, etc.) and
work with you to gather all the information needed to be conveyed in the
press release. 4. You will receive the first draft of the press release within two business days.
5. We will be glad to provide revisions, if needed, to the original draft press release at no extra cost.
6. Once approved by the client we will distribute the press release through PR Web.
