Starting from creating a content plan and identifying individual articles to research, writing, design, layout and photo-editing, our top class professionals can bring out any kind of newsletter. If you already have a newsletter, you can entrust to us one or more of the processes involved.

We can work with your existing printer or you can choose to work with our regular print and mail house.

BEAR Bytes is a monthly newsletter published by BEAR Data Systems, Inc.
It is a 20-Page All Color newsletter printed on 70# Gloss paper and distributed by standard mail to 10,000+ IT decision makers all over California. Power Quill is responsible for end-to-end services including writing, designing, layout, printing and mailing of the newsletter.

Pricing

The following is to give you an idea of our pricing. Please contact us for custom price quotes based on your specific needs.

If we write the articles -
Price per 8.5x11 page is $175 including creating content plan, writing articles and layout.

If client provides us with the articles -
Price per 8.5x11 page is $125 for rewriting, editing and layout

We charge a one-time design fee of $250. Printing and mailing charges vary based on paper quality, size and other factors.
